What’s the strategy?
The Canadian Large Cap Equity (London Capital) portfolio strategy invests in high-quality, large-cap Canadian stocks that are attractively priced and have sustainable growth potential to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
This is a pure Canadian strategy.
The portfolio managers pursue a proprietary and systematic approach, benefiting from quantitative-driven analysis, and fundamental research to identify stocks with the most attractive combination of stock attributes. Fundamental factor-analysis underpins stock selection and portfolio construction to capitalize on key drivers of stock performance.
Why invest in this portfolio strategy?
Ideal for investors seeking a well-diversified pure Canadian equity portfolio of some of Canada’s largest companies with strong potential for long-term capital appreciation.
This portfolio benefits from London Capital’s proprietary bottom-up quantitative-driven analysis and fundamental overlay that isolates the portfolio’s holdings to only those stocks with the desired combination of attributes. It’s a transparent and repeatable approach that capitalizes on key drivers of stock performance. Typical portfolio characteristics include lower price per earnings metrics, while at the same having higher return on equity metrics than the broad Canadian market, the S&P/TSX Composite.
This portfolio is well diversified across sectors and holds purely Canadian stock eliminating foreign currency risks.
